Core Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models for complex, real-world problems.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms aimed at achieving AGI-level reasoning by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and publish findings in top-tier AI conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of Project 2026.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Experience deploying models in high-availability, low-latency environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
