Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow to support the 2026 infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize deep learning pipelines for high-throughput, low-latency data processing in production environments.
- Data Strategy: Lead the data engineering team in curating high-quality training datasets and implementing robust data governance protocols.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to define technical requirements and roadmap deliverables.
- R&D: Conduct research into emerging AI methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate novel features into the 2026 core.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
