Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed to support our 2026 growth targets.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing SEO and data strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy for real-time decision-making systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
