Key Responsibilities:

- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and deploy scalable LLM-based agents capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and autonomous decision-making for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for low-latency, high-throughput inference in production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on Multimodal AI and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and security compliance.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) is required.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, open-ended problems in the AI space with creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
