Your Mission
As our Senior AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will optimize model inference, improve data pipelines, and ensure our AI systems are not only powerful but also transparent and fair.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep learning models for high-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Conduct research on novel architectures to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in 2026.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
