Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end AI model pipelines for high-throughput inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced NLP techniques, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Design scalable distributed systems to manage training and serving workloads on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning and AI safety standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying Large Language Models and foundation models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
