- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum researchers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Manage technical risks and drive problem-solving for complex system integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or a strong willingness to learn and apply them.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
