Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Deep Learning, and Distributed Systems to drive innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
