Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable solutions for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and government bodies
- Forecast industry disruptions and create mitigation/adaptation strategies for organizational resilience

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies with specific knowledge in AI, blockchain, or quantum systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience in high-growth sectors (fintech, healthtech, or sustainable tech)
