Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and AI
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols by 2026
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and intellectual property
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum error correction methodologies
- Partner with NASA and DOD on next-gen quantum communication networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum supremacy or quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in quantum machine learning frameworks like PennyLane
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware (D-Wave, IBM Q)
