Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing high-frequency, complex datasets.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- Optimize neural network architectures to improve inference speed and model accuracy in real-time environments.
- Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into robust, deployable technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
