The Role: You will be the technical lead responsible for designing scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems that power our 2026 roadmap. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable deep learning models for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI services in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and hardware engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
