Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions that align with our long-term strategic vision.
- Lead the migration and optimization of existing ML pipelines to support next-gen infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model explainability.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their applicability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
- Experience deploying and scaling LLMs and Generative AI applications in production environments.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
