What You Will Do
• Architect and design end-to-end machine learning pipelines optimized for enterprise-grade performance.
• Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing cutting-edge algorithms.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) integrity.
• Collaborate with product leaders to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical reality.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks tailored for 2026 application standards.
- Lead the architecture of our cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high availability and accuracy.
- Research emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing, to integrate into our product roadmap.
- Establish best practices for data governance, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
