Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 tech stack, selecting optimal tools for performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience building and optimizing LLMs using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and real-time inference pipelines.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
