Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes and complexity.
- Quantum-Algorithm Integration: Research and integrate quantum computing protocols into classical ML pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead internal research projects exploring AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias, privacy, and transparency.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Core Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Quantum Computing: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum algorithms is a strong plus.
