As part of our elite R&D division, you will lead the architectural design for our flagship "Autonomous Agent" suite, ensuring scalability, ethical AI standards, and cutting-edge performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Spearhead the architectural roadmap for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows.
- System Design: Design resilient, high-throughput distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Protocol Development: Establish and enforce internal standards for AI safety, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
