Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level system architecture for our proprietary AI engines, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Technology Roadmap: Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack is aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models, ensuring low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven track record of deploying LLMs and Generative AI applications.
