Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale AI systems tailored for the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Define metrics for model performance and scalability, conducting rigorous A/B testing and validation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
