Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed to handle the high-throughput demands of the 2026 era.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in researching and implementing emerging technologies like Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the company's 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, efficiency, and security in a decentralized and distributed environment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading architecture reviews and designing fault-tolerant, high-availability systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and their integration into business workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
