Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the research, development, and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize algorithms for real-time performance, low latency, and high throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of deploying and scaling LLMs and NLP solutions in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a demonstrated ability to lead technical projects.
