Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Optimize neural network inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to translate research into production-ready software.
- Define technical roadmaps for future product releases, focusing on scalability, security, and ethical AI practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI hardware.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying deep learning models at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision architectures.
- Deep understanding of system design patterns, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
