Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end infrastructure for large-scale machine learning pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Edge Computing) to integrate into our core products.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize model accuracy for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement frameworks to ensure model transparency, fairness, and data privacy in all AI deployments.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven experience working with LLMs, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
