- Define the 2026 technical vision and architectural framework for our core AI products.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, ethics, and compliance in all AI deployments.
- Drive innovation in large language models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of data governance and AI ethics.
