Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Solutions: Design and implement robust AI architectures capable of scaling to meet the demands of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead GenAI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI models into existing workflows to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance using advanced fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align business goals with technical capabilities.
- Code & Infrastructure: Write clean, scalable code and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support high-throughput AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of MLOps and cloud architecture.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience in planning for long-term tech trends and adapting architectures for future-proofing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
