Responsibilities

- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Define and implement best practices for AI safety, interpretability, and bias mitigation.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
