Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure to support 2026-scale data processing needs.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and ethical compliance in all deployed algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI development.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
