We are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. You will be at the helm of developing the cognitive architectures that will define the next decade of human-computer interaction.
Join a world-class team of researchers and engineers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous decision-making agents.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Long-Context LLMs, Multi-modal reasoning, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 strategic roadmaps into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance within the engineering organization.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
