Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards that align with our long-term business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews, technical interviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive optimization strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to design complex algorithms and handle high-scale data processing challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
