Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, metaverse integration, and sustainable AI
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies and evaluate their commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives and ESG goals
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure buy-in for multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and cultivate an experimental culture of rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Track record of successfully launching futuristic products with $5M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) or strategy frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and securing strategic investments
