Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex autonomous agent systems using LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize proprietary and open-source models for high-performance inference in production environments.
- System Design: Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems that handle dynamic inputs and execute long-horizon tasks.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to explore new paradigms in AI reasoning and memory management.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of LLM architecture and fine-tuning techniques.
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic problems and improving model efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
