Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain orderly conduct on the bus
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws & safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents & school staff
- Complete daily mileage & incident reports
- Ensure proper child loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid NJ CDL with Passenger/School Bus endorsement
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Pass background check & drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
- Punctual with reliable transportation
