Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and related equipment for material transport
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Maintain clean driving record and report any maintenance needs
- Support fleet management through proper vehicle care and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of El Paso-area construction sites and routes
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions and physically demanding environments
