Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict NJ traffic laws and school routes
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete daily mileage and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid NJ Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- School Bus Endorsement and Passenger Authorization
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate bus steps
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
