Responsibilities
- Safely operate school buses on designated routes following strict safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of buses and report maintenance issues
- Manage student behavior and ensure a positive, secure environment
- Maintain accurate attendance and route documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings and afternoons)
