Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following established routes throughout San Diego County
- Load/unload merchandise with precision and care using proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt routes efficiently to accommodate client schedules and traffic conditions
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Diego geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work early morning/late evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
