Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver perishable goods on scheduled routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
- Load/unload shipments with proper temperature control protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record and satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with Fresno County road network
- DOT medical certification required
- Basic inventory management skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
