Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Memphis and regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle maintenance records
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and regional routes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
