Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on scheduled routes
- Load/unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws
- Resolve delivery issues and communicate with dispatch team
- Represent SwiftRoute Logistics with professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and route optimization knowledge
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
