Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to commercial and residential locations
- Optimize daily delivery routes using GPS navigation and route planning software
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina commercial driver's license (CDL Class B)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and route planning apps
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends as needed
