Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and follow optimized routes across Greater Boston
- Load/unload packages with precision and maintain inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route adjustments
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time navigation and delivery tracking
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record
- 2+ years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong knowledge of Boston geography and traffic patterns
- Proficiency with mobile delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
