Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate assigned routes using GPS technology
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques and inventory verification
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs for compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and resolve delays
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A/B)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with mobile delivery applications and route navigation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
