Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Load/unload inventory with proper handling techniques for perishable goods
- Provide professional customer interactions during delivery and route adjustments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory tracking systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or willingness to obtain
- 1+ year professional driving or logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metro area geography
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic inventory management and customer service skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
