Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods across Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional interactions
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team for seamless loading/unloading
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely servicing
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville geography
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for route planning systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
