Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages, medical specimens, and legal documents across Oklahoma City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure on-time deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during package drop-offs and pick-ups
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicle operation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and surrounding areas
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
