Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders across Virginia Beach and surrounding areas
- Maintain high cleanliness and professionalism standards for your vehicle
- Optimize routes using the app's navigation system for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve rider inquiries promptly
- Track earnings and trips through the driver dashboard
- Complete all required safety protocols and vehicle inspections
- Participate in ongoing performance reviews and training updates
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with minimum 2 years' clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) passing inspection
- Smartphone compatible with our driver app
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app usage
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Residency in Virginia Beach or immediate surrounding area
