Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers safely and efficiently within the Detroit metro area.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe vehicle for all passengers.
- Use the mobile application to accept rides, navigate routes, and manage payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with luggage or directions.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor vehicle performance and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Keep the vehicle’s interior and exterior spotless at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Own a reliable vehicle that is at least 4 years old (or lease options available).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid, up-to-date Social Security Number.
- Have a compatible smartphone with a reliable data connection.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
