Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using MetroDrive Connect app
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation tools to maximize efficiency
- Report maintenance issues and complete daily vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and MetroDrive's safety protocols
- Track and report trip data accurately through our driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- Personal vehicle (2010 or newer) with 4 doors and valid insurance
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
