Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and punctually to their requested destinations within the Detroit metro area.
- Utilize the mobile driver application to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and manage trip details.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained vehicle at all times to ensure passenger comfort.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and courteous to every rider.
- Verify passenger identity and handle cash or digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the vehicle's interior and exterior presentable, including cleaning up any spills or debris immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (2004 model year or newer) that passes our standard vehicle inspection.
- Ownership of a compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a stable internet connection.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Strong navigation skills and a good working knowledge of the streets of Detroit.
- Willingness to undergo drug screening as per company policy.
