As a Rideshare Driver, you are the face of our brand. We are looking for drivers who are professional, reliable, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable ride experience for every passenger.
Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers from designated locations and drop them off at their requested destinations in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle that meets all company safety standards and looks presentable.
- Observe all traffic laws and local regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Use the mobile driver app to receive ride requests, navigate routes, and manage payments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and courteous to every passenger.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns immediately to the support team.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) with a data plan to operate the driver app.
- Proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
